Fall is here!  My favorite time of year!  

You guys know how hard we have been working on getting our woods cleaned up.  And how much we love being out there.  We absolutely cannot wait to be living out there full time.  Between making our concrete paths, landscaping around the garage, and installing our fence, we love to just hang out in nature. Sometimes we go out to the woods just to get away from it all.  There is something about being in nature and around trees that calms my soul like nothing else.  It is absolutely beautiful this time of year, so we want to spend as much time there as possible.

Our Favorite Outdoor Gear from Backcountry

Fall means that it’s time to pick up a few basic items for our wardrobes that will carry us through the Winter.  And also ones that will last us years.  We snagged a few quality pieces from Backcountry.

I grabbed this Prana sweatshirt in the color Flannel Heather from Backcountry and am obsessed.  I actually want it in a few more colors.  It’s so soft and the quality is AMAZING!  I paired it with a pair of high waisted leggings and these Sorel booties.  They have waterproof uppers and rubber soles which will keep my feet dry while hiking.   My North Face vest and Pistil beanie will keep me nice and warm.

Deb is obsessed with this Insulated Jacket by Patagonia.  It is lightweight but yet very warm.  It comes in several colors.  She grabbed it in Spanish Red.  It looks so good with her North Face 1/2 zip top, these Columbia Saturday Trail Pants, and her Salomon Running Shoes.
