In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, protein powder, and vanilla. Set aside.
Chop your banana in pieces and add to the yogurt mixture.
Crush your graham crackers. We used a handful of the simple mills since they are gluten free. These really set this dessert over the top.
In a bowl or glass, add a layer of the graham crackers, and then a layer of the pudding mixture, and top it with a layer of bananas or fruit of your choice. Keep layering until everything is gone.
Notes
You CAN put it in the fridge to marinate the flavors for a few hours, but we normally eat it right away. It is SO DELICIOUS.
