I couldn’t wait to share our fire pit decorated for Fall this year. Because it means we have spent time out in the woods during my favorite time of the year. Fall is so cozy. The air starts getting a little cooler and it even smells different. The sounds of Fall… fires crackling, leaves crunching…. AHHHH…. I even love the distant sounds of leaf blowers. I have no clue why that makes me happy, but it does. ????
People think of decorating their porches for different seasons, but I also love adding a few pumpkins and mums in our different seating areas outside, too. It makes everything feel so homey and cozy. If we are going to spend a lot of time out there, we may as well have it look pretty.
You guys have all seen us on our Instagram stories of us cutting, splitting, and hauling wood for what seems like forever now! We took advantage of our access to trees, ???? and grabbed a few logs to use as little side tables that holds some Fall colored mums. This year, I grabbed some orange and burgundy mums.
These are all real pumpkins that I simply displayed around our black planters at the entrance of our fire pit. I love to grab lots of different colored pumpkins, including white ones.
I also took advantage of the natural elements I had access to… leaves and bark that had fallen off of the wood we were splitting. The bark made a perfect base to hold a large pumpkin in one of my wire urns that we had in our stash. And I had to share this photo of mushrooms ???????? that I found while I was working out there. There is such beauty in the natural things found in nature.
I kept our Fall fire pit decor very simple because we aren’t out there full time. But when we are there, it feels so homey and cozy decorated for Fall. Do you decorate your outside areas or am I the only one? ????
