If you have been following along, you know we have a small back patio area that was still mostly empty. Well, last week, we finally filled some of that space when we purchased a Napoleon outdoor kitchen gas grill! We already had a gas line in place specifically for this purpose, so now we just need to attach the grill so we can have our first meal on the new grill!
Thank you again to Jason at Smokin’ Hot Grills for such a great buying experience! So, as we finish setting up the grill and brainstorming our first big meal, we of course had to look to social media for inspiration! Look at some of these amazing accounts and ideas I found! After this, you will either want to set up a new grilling space or you will be drooling and ready to fire up the grill for your next meal!
Mike Lang focuses on grilling, beer, and photography, and let me tell you… this account is perfection! Just look at the smoke rising from that food. Have you tried tater tots on the grill? Well, he has and it looks amazing. This will definitely inspire you to fire up the grill.
The Outdoor Kitchen Collective provides consultations to help design and build your dream outdoor kitchen. They are located in the UK, so they won’t be much help to us other than to provide inspiration from away, and let me tell you this account does that. Everything they create is absolutely stunning! Their outdoor setups are so bright and refreshing.
BBQ’s Galore is one of America’s number one BBQ retailers, and it’s easy to see why! Goodness, these outdoor kitchen setups are beautiful! I saw several Napolean grill setups, so that makes me even more eager to get ours up and running.
BBQ Bob is a pitmaster, woodfired recipe creator, and has his own brand of sauces and seasonings. This account showcases a lot of videos of smoking hot food coming straight off the grill! Based off of the smile on his face in every photo, I am guessing he has a lot of fun getting to do what he loves. I would too, though, if it involved being outside and eating all the time!
Okay, recipe time! Gimme Some Grilling features this super easy recipe for sausage and grilled shrimp kabobs. It takes only four ingredients, has 20 minutes combined prep and cook time, and looks good enough to serve at a party! Yes, please!
Lastly, a gas grill tip from Kitchen Guru Ideas. Did you know you should always preheat your gas grill? This article tells you why, for how long, and at what temperature. In most cases, you will want to preheat your grill for 10-30 minutes, but there are a lot of conditions that can make this time vary. I definitely learned a thing or two from this.
I would love to hear some of your favorite grilling recipes or tips and tricks! We love to grill, and we just know this new grill is going to get so much use this summer.
