Have you heard of Sixpenny? Oh my gosh.. I LOVE their products. I’ve actually been obsessing about them for awhile now. Their furniture is absolutely gorgeous. And, I feel matches so many different styles.
One thing I love about Sixpenny is that the furniture comes with slipcovers. That means they are washable, which is the only furniture I will buy anymore. Sixpenny sources the most luxurious, all-natural and durable linens and cottons and overstuff their cushions with ethically-sourced down feathers. Which means they are COMFY and COZY!
After obsessing and thinking about it for a long time, I finally ordered a sofa and four dining chairs for the cottage around Christmas. And I am just getting around to sharing with you. And, I couldn’t be HAPPIER.
Sixpenny offers several options with each piece of furniture. You can choose between poly fill or feather down. Their slipcovers come in several colors and several fabric choices, like Cotton Canvas, Cotton Linen, Washed Cotton Linen, etc.
The Melo Dining Chairs are exactly everything I hoped they would be. We ordered them with down filling in white cotton linen in the color Pacific Pearl. They come in a set of two and are the perfect size for around our farmhouse table. Like I said above, their furniture comes with a fitted slip cover so I know that any dirt can be washed off very easily. Each dining chair also came with a small lumbar pillow to cozy it up a bit more.
We also ordered the 84″ Neva Sofa. Oh MY GOSH. It is THE MOST comfortable sofa we have ever had. I couldn’t be happier. I filled our with pillows and throw blankets and it looks so cozy. The slip covers can easily be tossed in the washer to remove any stains. I posted it on my Instagram feed a few months back if you want to see that photo. You have the same choices when ordering the sofas.. meaning color, down vs poly fill, etc. We ordered the down filled for the sofa as well because of the comfort level.
Sixpenny carries different styles of sofas along with different sectionals and ottomans.
Sixpenny pieces are such great quality. I just know that we will have these dining chairs for a long time. And use them so much as this is our favorite area to hang out in the cottage because of the view.
Each Sixpenny piece is made to order, therefore they do have a wait time of about 14-16 weeks. But they are so worth the wait. They do offer 10% off on your first order just for subscribing to their website.
I LOVE my Sixpenny pieces. In fact, I have my eyes on another piece.
***** Also, COMING UP THIS WEEK… The story behind this antique chandelier. Stay tuned for that.

I love those chairs ????I’ve been eyeing the Neva sofa, and was trying to decide if the down filling would affect my allergies. I was thinking both you guys have allergies so any issues?
I’m looking at the Melo dining chairs and wondering how the seam on the arm is-if it bothers you at all or if it just it’s over and is comfortable? Thank you!
