If you’ve been around here for any time at all, you know I’m a plant killer.  I literally cannot keep a plant alive to save my own life.  I completely forget about them.  And then they dry up.  I then think that maybe some water will help.  So I make sure I water them REALLY WELL to make up for the last couple weeks of neglect.  Well, we all know where this is going. ????   They end up turning colors and going to plant heaven to meet all of their previous plant sisters and plant brothers.  It’s bad.  Outdoor plants are fine since there is a chance for rain in Indiana every other day… but inside plants are a NO BUENO. I do, however, LOVE artificial trees.  I rounded up some of THE PRETTIEST artificial trees on today’s post and they are all from QVC.  Did you know that QVC has pretty much everything you are looking for.  They have things that you don’t even know you need.. but you do.  ????  I have found so many great things through QVC.  So make sure you check there when looking for pretty much anything.

Fiddle Leaf Trees

My first item of home decor in our camper project was an artificial fiddle leaf tree.  Because they are perfectly fine when moving the camper.  AND… they can fill up any corner in your rooms and just bring life to a space.  QVC has a great selection of fiddle leaf trees.  I particularly love the Fiddle Leaf Trees by Valerie.  They are some of my favorites.  There are a few different heights to choose from and the price points are so great.

I have the 6′ Fiddle Tree and LOVE IT.  I tucked it in behind my wingback chairs to give it some life back there.  It looks so cute really anywhere though.  I like to place them in front of windows, too.  It makes people think that I, in fact, do not kill plants.  ????

Olive Trees

I have always been a huge fan of olive trees and topiaries.  The moment I saw this 82″ Olive Artificial Tree by Nearly Natural, I KNEW I had to have it.  It is so light and airy and looks so real.  It really works for any type of decor including farmhouse, modern farmhouse, shabby chic, etc.  I envision this olive tree in front of our wall of windows in our new house and absolutely cannot wait.

I LOVE this 34″ olive topiary.  This size is substantial unlike any others I’ve seen.  It is, however, currently out of stock, but keep checking.  Because they should come back.

Container Baskets

I love adding all of my artificial trees to container baskets.  QVC has so many great styles of baskets to choose from.  I am IN LOVE with set of woven baskets by Home Reflections.  I simply set my artificial tree inside of the smaller one and it added so much texture.  The larger one is perfect for extra blankets or throw pillows.  I like the idea of keeping a large basket by the bed for my throw pillows…. that way they aren’t all over the floor.
