Brussels Sprouts, Chicken, and Apple Salad
This is a healthy and delicious recipe that you and your family will love.
- 8 oz Boneless Chicken Breast Leftovers work well
- 1.5 cup Brussels Sprouts Chopped Small
- 1 small Apple Diced
- 4 tbsp Walnuts Chopped
Dressing
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tsp Maple Syrup
- 1/2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and cook until done. You can obviously cook them in a pan stovetop, bake, or grill. Once done, chop into bite size pieces. Add that to a bowl along with the following.
Thinly slice brussels sprouts, (the thinner the better) chop the apple, and walnuts and add to the same bowl.
In a small bowl, make the dressing by mixing together all of the ingredients and add salt and pepper. See note below.
Drizzle dressing over the salad and serve.
