Brussels Sprouts, Chicken, and Apple Salad

This is a healthy and delicious recipe that you and your family will love.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Boneless Chicken Breast Leftovers work well
  • 1.5 cup Brussels Sprouts Chopped Small
  • 1 small Apple Diced
  • 4 tbsp Walnuts Chopped

Dressing

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and cook until done. You can obviously cook them in a pan stovetop, bake, or grill. Once done, chop into bite size pieces. Add that to a bowl along with the following.
  • Thinly slice brussels sprouts, (the thinner the better) chop the apple, and walnuts and add to the same bowl.
  • In a small bowl, make the dressing by mixing together all of the ingredients and add salt and pepper. See note below.
  • Drizzle dressing over the salad and serve.
