Menopausal women… pay attention because this is for you! No matter what the weather, hot or cold, Deb and I are constantly plagued by hot flashes. We are always looking for ways and products to help us regulate our body temperature when one of these disabling hot flashes hit.

Personal Fans 

I have to start with one of my new favorite items: this 360-degree-cooling Portable Neck Fan. As soon as I feel a hot flash hitting, I put this around my neck and it immediately cools off my entire body. It is fantastic and takes up very little space. You could easily throw this in your purse and take it wherever you go. 

We recently upgraded to these Ranvoo Air Condioning Neck Fans. They are more intense and packed with way more technology and features than our previous neck fan. All three of our neck fans are great for hot flashes, but these two go above and beyond for those of you who exercise or go to the gym, go for long walks like us in the Summer, work in the garden or mow, or work in hot conditions.

The Ranvoo Mini Fan is an item that I keep in a pocket of my purse at all times. If I get a hot flash when I am on the go, I pull this out to help manage the heat. 

I have been using this Edon Rechargeable Table Fan for a few months now and I love it. It can be set on a tabletop or mounted to the wall. I keep this item in my master bathroom to help me stay cool when I am applying my makeup or doing my hair. It keeps me from melting! It also has a built in light, four speeds, auto oscillation, and it folds away for storage. 

Another small fan that you can take with you anywhere is this Handheld Mini Fan. It is rechargeable and small enough to put in your pocket. In addition to being handheld, it can be folded into a stand position and placed on a tabletop. 

The Primevolve Battery Operated/Rechargeable Fan does it all. It can be folded away for easy storage and expand from a small table-top personal fan to a floor-standing fan. 

Cooling Blankets

The PHF Cooling Blanket is another new favorite of mine. One of our girls kept raving about this blanket. Our grandson is always sweating, so she bought him this to try to cool him off during nap time. Now, they have them on every couch and on their beds as well. I’m telling you what, rip that old sheet off your bed and use this in its place. You will instantly feel cooler when you crawl into bed.

Use the Eye Pillow Cooling Mask as you fall asleep as another way to help you stay cool and comfortable.
