I have said it a million times and I’m saying it again. I cannot keep living plants alive. Flowers and ferns on the front porch are a different story. I do well with those. Because there is a CHANCE there will be regular rain to water them and some sun light. So between the random rain showers and me remembering to water them.. we are good. Plants in the house, nevermind. I forget about them for WEEKS.. and when I see them struggling, I water (drown) them. And then they croak.
Therefore, I admit and accept that I need to only have artificial plants inside. The key is to find artificial plants that look realistic. I have found several different options that I am loving right now. So to all of you who have black thumbs like me, check out the below options.
The Nested Fig is where I found several of my favorites. I grabbed this fern on my last order and absolutely love it sitting on the bench in front of the fireplace. It looks very realistic. If you haven’t checked The Nested Fig for artificial plants, that’s a great place to start.
This cute little fern in a paper pot is a great one to tuck in smaller spaces. It looks very realistic. I have had it for a few years and the price is perfect. Don’t forget the code DANDD10.
I grabbed this Faux Pothos plant several months back. When I shared it on social media, it sold out immediately. It is now back. It comes in a black growers pot so I tucked it down in this brass bowl. Also, it’s a great size for the price.
Another Pothos plant for the win. This is one that I picked up a few months back when I started searching for spring items online. I LOVE it. It doesn’t come in a pot, but you can tuck it down in anything. I used this old white urn.
I have several more that are linked below. If you are looking for great artificial plants, check out the resources I shared in this post. You won’t be disappointed.
