You KNOW how much I love music. And, I also love putting together playlists to not only listen to, but to share with you, as well. I consider myself a music guru. Ha! There is a meme going around that says something like, “I can’t remember what I walked into the kitchen for, but I can remember every word to every song from the 70s.” That is me and I so relate. I heard a song the other day that was released in 1988. I swear I haven’t heard it since. BUT… I remembered almost all of the words. Knowing all of the words to songs is one of my useless talents that I have passed on to my kids. Both of them are the same exact way. So… now that I got all of that out of the way, here is my Spotify playlist for February.
I wanted to focus on the oldies because it is my all-time favorite genre. The 70s are the BEST of all time, but I also loved the 80s music since I graduated in 1984. Oldies bring back lots of memories for me. And, actually gives me flashbacks of different times in my life. When I started putting together this Spotify list for February, I decided that since February is Valentine’s Day month, I should focus on love. So, I rounded up over 2 hours of songs about love that are all oldies from the 70s and 80s.

I am curious as to if you installed a backsplash in your kitchen. I am in the throws of a kitchen reno due to a leak ...but yay, getting this done thanks to insurance dollars. So...any advice? Just a note * I am all about your aesthetic and so the "white and wood" vibe is very present and will be even more now. :-) I appreciate any info or suggestions you have. Thanks
We have installed backsplash many times! One of the easiest ones we did, that we loved, was the beadboard in what is now Deb's workshop. You can read a little more about it here: https://debanddanelle.com/bead-board-plank-diy/. What is nice is that it can cover both a large or small space.
