We started early on our holiday decorating this year because of an upcoming magazine shoot. I got ALL of the trees out of storage! In the past, I never fully decorated my trees. I setup the tree, setup a tree box around the base, and added some pretty twinkling fairy lights.
This year, something in my decorating style changed, and I decided to fully adorn my trees! I added small strings or garland, lighted candles, and all the Christmas ornaments, and I haven’t been disappointed either. I love the added textures and colors. When I was browsing Wayfair‘s selection of holiday decorations, I was pleasantly overwhelmed by all of the eye-catching, fashion-forward Christmas tree ornaments. Here were some of my absolute favorites!
In my mind, these are your standard Christmas bulbs. A Christmas staple! This set of 16 bulbs offers shiny, glittery, and jeweled textures. There are also 34 colors to choose from. The one detail that makes these different from all the rest that I included is that they are made of plastic, making them the perfect decoration for families with young kids or clumsy pets!
This set of four Wood Finial Ornaments is both elegant and sophisticated. It is that specialty piece that you add in with your standard bulbs for an extra pop of style.
Metal bells are all the rage this holiday season, so I was pleasantly surprised to see this set of 12 jingle bell ornaments offered in Wayfair‘s Holiday Decor selection. They feature star cutouts and softly chime when moved. I love the burnished gold but there are seven color options to choose from.
These ball ornaments are absolutely stunning, and I quickly selected them for my own tree! I used the distressed white, but the silver/gray option offers a beautiful vintage vibe. I love both! They come in a set of six and each bulb has a different texture/design.
These glass Christmas ball ornaments come in a set of 12 and offer a variety of different textures/designs. Each is topped is a lovely gold ring for hanging. The clear glass matches any color scheme making it a great addition to any tree.
Wayfair’s 8″ Matte Swirl Finial Ornaments veers away from the standard ball ornament and gives an elongated look. There are 53 color options to choose from, but I fell in love with that Chocolate Shiny color to fit in with my Woods and Whites theme.
I love the realism of these icicle-shaped ornaments! This set includes 20 icicles ranging in size from 3″ to 11″ long. They are sculpted to catch the light and sparkle on your tree giving the appearance of a real-life winter wonderland.
These ornaments feature a tinted gold foil finish that gives a mercury glass appearance. The set is a combination of four designs and two shapes. I love the large, bronze hook which allows you to hang these directly to your string lights, if desired.
Plow and Hearth created the perfect way to enjoy an old-world tradition of lighting candles in your windows or on the tree during Christmas time. This set of 10 candle lights clip directly onto your branches with no cords. These can rotate and flip for perfect placement on any branch.
And last but not least, you can’t go without a classic vintage bulb with a mercury glass finish. These glass bulbs come in a set of six, and like some of the other bulbs above, these come with the large top for hanging directly onto your LED string lights.
