Cozy Neutral Bedding

I love switching up the bedding for the seasons.  Because we need SO MANY MORE covers due to the cold weather coming, I grabbed a few new pieces from The Home Depot to prepare.  This Legends Hotel Relaxed White/Parchment Linen Quilt will give us two looks since it is reversible.  And since it is linen, we won’t be scorching hot at night.  I love the look of the “tufts” to give extra texture.

Speaking of texture.  This Vera Wang Waffleweave Cotton Blanket and this Tommy Bahama Bamboo Beige Textured Woven Cotton Blanket give extra texture to this space.  I keep a stack of blankets so that we can cozy up on the couch with or even use when we are outside drinking our coffee in the morning.  These are perfect for that.  I grabbed a throw pillow with a little gold in it for the season.  

Other Items for the Bedroom Refresh

I have been talking about adding this wallpaper for a while now behind the headboard.  I love it so much to give that texture I need.  The Home Depot has all different styles of paintable wallpaper but this one was my favorite.   Stay tuned for that project.  As, I am sure I will share it here.  

These wine glasses are my absolute favorites.  And don’t even get me started on this set of plates that remind me of our woodland friends.  These make me so happy.  A few other things that I got from The Home Depot are this wooden bed tray, this candelabra that will be so fun to use during the holidays, my favorite bees wax candles, and these copper colored trays for our bedside tables.  Oh… these Nearly Natural wreaths will go with every season, too.  They are good ones and look real.

And… I have been looking for a new rug in the bedroom since the one we had wasn’t my favorite.  So, we swapped it out for this Dip Dye Ivory and Chocolate Floral Rug and it matches my style perfectly.   I have been giving sneak peeks of this over on social media for about a week and I love it.
