Do you all remember when Deb and I went to the gym AT LEAST 4 times a week? We took workout classes and were in the best shape of our lives. And then you-know-what happened. The country shut down…. which, of course, included our gym. Skip ahead several months. We moved here to the cottage which is 15-20 minutes from town. We just knew that if we didn’t set up some type of home gym, we would never work out regularly again. So, that is what we did. We absolutely loved working out on the rower at the gym so obviously, one of the first pieces of equipment we wanted was a rower. We went with The Ergatta Rower and here is why…
The Ergatta Rower is powered by water, so it gives you the illusion you are actually rowing down a river. Rowing is low-impact and gives you a full body workout. It burns calories at twice the rate of spinning so that is a win/win in my book. It is non-instructor lead and game-based connected, so you can row against other people to stay motivated. There are several different types of workouts including interval training which is our favorite. It actually feels like a game and the time goes so much faster while you are working out. Deb and I like to play against each other sometimes which really helps challenge each other.

We absolutely LOVE our Ergatta Rower because it doesn’t even feel like a workout. It doesn’t hurt my joints when I use it and it’s actually fun!
