Our Wicker Dining Chairs

I shared this a few days ago over on our social media stories.  And, I knew our wicker dining chairs needed a space here on our website.  We are still moving everything in and as I have said before… we are moving slowly.  We are putting everything away as it comes into the house.  Because we have lived in chaos for so long that we don’t want to live like that here.  So, this is working out pretty well.

I haven’t shared much of our decor since we moved.  But, check out the new rug we got for our family room area.  I love it so much.  I also shared this cozy corner in this room, as well.  Those posts will give you a glimpse of what parts of this room look like.  We recently brought over our large round table and put it at one end of the family room.  My idea for this area was to use this table for puzzles, games, extra seating for the family room, etc.  And I love the way it looks.  But I needed some chairs.

Our Wicker Dining Chairs

I fell in love with these wicker dining chairs as soon as I saw them.  They match our decor so well and bring in some warmth to our all white room.  Not to mention all of the added texture they bring to this space.  And, they come with the cream colored pads which was a huge plus.

I love the wicker skirting area on the bottom of the dining chairs.  It adds so much interest with the different patterns.  I love these chairs in this area… HOWEVER, they do not fit under the table.  Which is a huge bummer.  I wouldn’t mind it if this area was a bit bigger, but they take up a lot of room.

We tried a different table and we even added blocks under this table to make it higher.  Because we wanted to see what that would be like.  And it actually made the table way too tall to use.  So I’m afraid we are back to the drawing board when it comes to chairs for this space.

These gorgeous wicker chairs will for sure be used in our dining room or front porch area once we get those two areas put together.  I can actually see them on the back porch area which is off the kitchen.  It would be a perfect spot to sit while Deb is barbecuing.

  • I want those chairs😍😍😍. Gorgeous! I need a slightly less expensive version but, then I’m afraid they won’t look as nice

  • I enjoy watching and learning from all your projects. So exciting seeing the new house come together, I felt like I was right there with you 2 and even had the sympathy aches and pains, too. (lol) Thanks for sharing your journey's. I too need a little "less" expensive version of some of the materials, furniture pieces you have incorporated into your spaces.
