If you haven’t heard, Deb and I love our outerwear from Backcountry.  Due to living in Ohio, we are always in need of all different types of outdoor wear.  Because the weather is insane and always changing.  We each have a variety of coats… some are heavy and some that are lighter because the weather changes so drastically from day to day.

Since we are outdoors all the time working on new projects and making house plans, we invest in the best of the best when it comes to outdoor wear. Backcountry is a premium outdoor and lifestyle retailer that carries tons of our FAVORITE outdoor brands like Under Armor, The North Face, Columbia, YETI, and so many more.  They are our go-to website to shop for outerwear.

We recently grabbed a few items from Backcountry for working outside and just had to pass them along.   Truly they are some of the best pieces we have found for being outdoors and enjoying the winter months. And they are cute, too!

Outdoor Gear for Working around the Woods

We are trying to get the woods cleaned up during these winter months.  And to be honest, it is a never-ending job.  But, picking up fallen sticks and limbs, and cleaning up brush is really sort of calming to my mind.  We are out in nature and getting some much needed exercise.  These Burton Avalon Bib Pants are PERFECT for this time of year.  They aren’t too heavy but they heavy enough to keep us warm.  They come in multiple colors, including the animal mashup color that I got.  And Deb grabbed the camo ones.  We love them and both sized up since we will be more than likely wearing layers with them.

We both threw a warm vest over the Burton Avalon Bib Pants. This Columbia Heavenly Vest is perfect for that.  It is so versatile as it can be worn over sweatshirts in the warmer weather as well.  It is insulated and water resistant.  The lining reflects your heat for extra warmth.  We both get so much use out of them.

Of course, we both love beanies.  They not only keep us warm but they are so dang cute.  Dakine is one of our favorite brands and we have several of them.
