Affordable Copper Pieces for the Kitchen

Do you remember when I shared my absolutely GORGEOUS set of mixing bowls from Sertodo?  Sertodo makes handmade, high quality investment pieces.  You know as well as I do that a lot of work goes into any type of handmade pieces and the price usually reflects that.  The people who make those handmade copper pieces are experts in their field.  They take sheets of recycled copper and hammer them into every day items… like my mixing bowls.

An email popped up the other day from the same company.  They want to send me something really exciting, so I cannot wait to tell you about it.  You will be the first to know once it arrives on my door step.

Copper really adds a warmth to any room unlike no other metal.  It’s warm, gold-ish, orange-ish color looks so pretty with all of my woods and whites.  I was searching online a few weeks back for affordable copper pieces to add to my collection.  And thought I should round them all up in one place and share.

Affordable Copper Pieces for the Kitchen

Did you know that copper is antimicrobial.  It has the ability to kill a wide range of harmful germs pretty quickly.  Maybe that’s why they used to use copper everywhere in the olden days….   door handles, bar tops, in elevators, etc. ????   And I wonder if that’s why you can find so many copper items for the kitchen.  ???? My mind wonders about that stuff.  Anyway, I found so many cute affordable copper pieces for the kitchen in my search.

Colanders

I am DYING at these colanders and really think I need one.  ???? It is actually on major sale and it comes in hammered copper AND antique copper.  I LOVE the antique copper because of obvious reasons… it looks like an antique.  AND… look at those feet.  ????❤️

Here are a few more colanders that I think are just fantastic.  They would be not only functional, but also cute to display or hang on an extra hook in your kitchen.

Canister Sets

I think everyone needs a copper canister set… including myself.  ???? Canister sets are perfect for not only using them as the intended purpose, but even in a bathroom with cotton balls, Q-tips, etc.  We used to sell lots of canister sets at our stores that were re-purposed for something else.  They look cute inside a pantry if you are one who loves a very organized pantry.

Pantry Items

Oh my gosh.. how in the heck did I know know you could buy copper colored pantry shelves and wire baskets.  ???? Don’t worry.. I’m taking note for our new pantry.

Pitchers

Copper water pitchers are not only really cool for serving water, but how cool are they to display with  flowers, etc.  They also look cute hanging on a hook in the kitchen.

Knife Sets

Who even knew they make copper knife sets?  I sure didn’t.  But they popped up on my search.

Utensils

OK… now I think I need some copper cooking utensils… they would look so cute in this copper TOOLS holder, too.  ???? We have black plastic ones that bend when we try to serve heavier food.

Miscellaneous

There are SO MANY different things made from copper to add warmth to your space.  In my search, I found some of the coolest items.  Gahhhhhhhhhh… how cool are these copper lights.  The candle sticks say they are rose gold, but also popped up on my search when I was looking for copper candlesticks.  They look coppery and would sure bring you the same warmth.

  • Oh wow! I really enjoyed seeing all these various copper pieces. I also love copper and I agree it also adds a bit of warmth to the room. I don’t have a vent hood over my stove, only a cabinet and the tile is very plain and I am always searching for that perfect copper piece To hang in that area.
