Chelsea Charles – Count Me Healthy Bracelets and Love Tag Necklace

This post is written in collaboration with Chelsea Charles. Thank you for supporting the brands I absolutely love!

You guys know I’m always looking for ways to help me get a little more healthy, whether it be through diet, new products, or a new potion.  (???? That’s what Deb calls them.)  I am constantly on the look out for items to make my life easier, too.  And with all of that in mind, I’m always looking out for you, too.  I will see a particular item and think, “Oh my gosh… my friends would LOVE this.”  That’s exactly how I felt the moment I saw Chelsea Charles – Count Me Healthy Bracelets.

Chelsea Charles – Count Me Healthy Bracelets

Chelsea created these beautiful, yet wonderfully functional, bracelets to keep people motivated and committed to reaching their daily goals.  I know I NEED help reminding myself to drink more water.  I have a thermos full of water that I carry around all day and have my goals set each morning.  But I always forget…..   And when I do drink a thermos full, I can’t remember how many I have drank.  I have been reaching my water goals every day since I received my Count Me Healthy Bracelet because every time I look down, I see it.

The concept is so cool.  There are 12 beads on each bracelet.   I start out with all of my beads at the top and in the middle of my bracelet.  Once I drink one thermos full of water, I move one bead to the bottom.  And each time I finish another thermos full, another bead gets moved.  (The beads stay in place until you move them.)  It’s such a pretty reminder and makes me feel all fancy!  ????

So Many Different Ideas

I have thought of so many different uses for Chelsea’s beautiful bracelets to keep us all on track with different areas.

  • Monitor your vegetable and fruit servings if this is one of your goals.
  • Calories – Each bead could be 100 calories
  • And what a great way to keep track of your Weight Watchers points?  Talk about feeling all fancy!!!  ????????
  • Set a daily goal for compliments given to others
  • Good deeds done for the week
  • Monitor your screen time with having each bead represent a certain number of minutes
  • Scorekeeper if you are into games

The ideas are endless….

You can also use them to help quit bad habits such as smoking, candy eating, and beer drinking.  LOL  That was Deb’s first thought.  She said she would use hers to count the beers she drank for the week or the pieces of candy she ate.  That way, it will always be in front of her face and she can’t ignore it.  ????  Can’t you hear it?

Several Different Styles

Count Me Heathy Bracelets come in silver, gold, and rose gold.  I have the Sexy Stack which is one of each color, which I love.  I have worn all three together and worn each color separate, too.  The Sassy Stack, as seen on Dr. Oz, is three silver bracelets sold together.  There are several different styles of beads to choose from, also.   I think they are just beautimus and can be worn with your sporty attire or when you are attending a fancy event.  How many times can I say the word “fancy” in one post?  ????  (Four to be exact.)

Chelsea Charles Double Love Tag Necklace

Chelsea Charles also has a line of gorgeous necklaces including this Double Love Tag with long bars to keep your most important words close to your heart.  You get two necklaces, 18′ and 22″, along with two hand-stamped tags, meaning each one is unique.  Both tags feature their signature heart stamp on one side and your choice of wording on the other.  (Size limits, of course)  Obviously, you can wear both tags on one necklace if you prefer.  I chose the word “Winchester” and the date of our wedding. Because, both my little business and our special date, are near and dear to my heart… (And, because we both tend to forget the date – ????)

The Design Your Own Name and Date Tag Necklaces would be perfect to have a child’s or grandchild’s name on one with their date of birth on the other.  This Two Paw Print Tags is adorable, too.  Add your pet’s name on one and the other includes a #cat or #dog.  They, also, have an entire line of pre-stamped tags available including #gratitude, #thankful, #surviver, #bride, and #badass.  (Deb needs that one.  She’s the biggest badass I know!)

Chelsea’s tag necklaces are different than any other I’ve seen because of the extra bead detail on each necklace. It really adds so much more character to each piece in my opinion.

The Best Part – 25% OFF FOR ALL OF YOU!

I could not wait to share these pieces with you.  ????????  I am obsessed and think they are the coolest things ever!  And I just knew you would love them too.  What do you think?

  • Love this idea for tracking my water I drink as a reminder. I was doing an app but the plants just creeped me out will definitely have get this.

  • Since my brain surgeries I don't have a filter so I will use it to track the number of times I remember to be nice. Actually the beads may not move
...maybe I will count the timesI replace a negative thought with a positive one!

    • ooh, I love that idea! I remember when I was a kid my mom used to wear rubber bands on her arm and would take one off each time she drank a glass of water. This is like a much more fashionable way of doing something like that :P
