If you follow us on social media, you know that we do some type of workout almost daily. Whether it is working out with weights in our workout room in the basement or going for a walk. We have three different choices for our walks that we have mapped out, which are a 2, 3, or 4 miles route. We choose the route depending on what we are feeling like that day and how much time we have. My favorite workout is walking outside.

Like I said above, I recently picked out a few different staples that I needed for our workouts.. They are so comfortable and are such great pieces.

Women’s Tek Gear® Performance Core Crewneck Tee

These tees are must-haves for workouts. They come in 23 colors.. yes, you read that right. They come in 23 colors… and range from sizes XS – XXL and they have tall sizes as well. I grabbed the white so it would go with everything. I would size up if you like a looser fit.

Women’s Tek Gear® Quarter-Zip French Terry Hoodie

This hoodie is lightweight and so comfortable and stylish. I loved this green color but they have it in a dusty pink as well. It is the perfect weight for when it is chilly and to tie around your waist when it gets warmer. It’s also a great layering piece. I did size up in this since it is a shorter style.

Juniors’ SO® Sporty Pocket Bike Shorts

I am a HUGE fan of biker shorts, especially when they have pockets. I normally carry my phone with me when I walk, because sometimes I like to record a few videos. Anyway, these shorts are great ones. They are comfy and don’t fall down. I will be grabbing a few more pairs for my workouts.

Women’s Tek Gear® French Terry Joggers

If you are looking for a great pair of joggers, these are it. These are not only perfect for our walks, but I’m thinking of our upcoming trip. Let’s call these my traveling pants. They come in 8 different colors in sizes XS – XXL. And they fit true to size.

Women’s FLX Wander Shorts

These shorts are lighter weight and SUPER COMFY. They come in four colors and of course, I grabbed the basic black. They run true to size but come in sizes XS – XXL.

Juniors’ Trendy Botanical Flower Chart Oversized Graphic Sweatshirt

This sweatshirt is adorable and very trendy right now. It would look really cute with the above pair of shorts. Since it is a juniors, order up a size or 2 depending on your preference for the fit. I returned my regular size and reordered the next size up and am expecting the arrival any day.

Eastland Samantha Women’s Slide Sandals

These slides would look cute dressed down or up. They come in black and tan, and only come in full sizes. So order up. I didn’t and am waiting on the bigger size to show up, as well.
