Dining Room Rug Refresh from eSaleRugs

When eSaleRugs reached out to see if I wanted to work with them on this post, it was actually perfect timing.  I’ve been wanting a different rug for my dining room for quite some time.  The one I had in there was very light in color and had hints of blue. I think you all know that my colors are basic creams, whites, greens, and browns.  Since I have been loving the contrast of darks and light colors together lately, I was on the search.

Almost everywhere I look, grays and blues are the main colors in almost every rug.  When I was searching eSaleRugs site, I noticed they are all separated by style and color which I loved.  I initially clicked on “vintage” and the Stockholm rug popped up.  It was the one I fell in love with and immediately ordered.

Stockholm Rug

The Stockholm rug has the neutral warm colors and the contrast that I was searching for.  I love the worn vintage look that it has which is always a plus for me.   The more vintagy looking, the better.  I love the way it compliments the warm colors of my antiques and the whites of my walls, and pulled the entire room together.  And the best thing is that with this rug being neutral, I will still be able to add color for the changes of seasons if I wanted.  I could add different colored flowers and pillows with a pop of color.  OK, let’s be honest.  That will probably not ever happen, but it would work if I wanted it to.  ????

There are a few more rugs that I want to replace in the house, too.  I have my eye on the Istanbul to replace the runners in my kitchen.  Or maybe the Bexley…  They are both great options.

Stress Free Ordering

I’m not going to lie.  I get a little stressed out about ordering rugs online.  I’m always afraid the colors will be off and I will have to spend a million dollars to send them back if they don’t work.  eSaleRugs has great prices, with FREE shipping and a FREE return policy.  If it arrives and it isn’t at all what you expected, they cover the cost of your return.  And they have 24/7 customer service.  You honestly cannot beat that.  Check out eSaleRugs if you are in the market.

What do you think of our new rug?  Let me know in the comments below or over on Facebook and Instagram where we have loads of fun!  I will be sharing my Spring dining room sometime next week with different ideas for this same look even if you don’t have all of the vintage stuff.  So, stay tuned for that!
