This knife set is one we get asked about weekly. It is one of the best investments we’ve made, and, they are about the only knives we use. Like the title of them says, the knives are self-sharpening. Every time you put the knives back into the block, they are sharpened. This would make a GREAT gift for upcoming weddings, bridal showers, etc.
